We have been proudly operating since 2019, with our main office located in Forster. We provide support across the entire Mid-Coast Council region, with plans to continue expanding our services to reach more people in our community.
Our Company Director brings over 25 years of industry experience, supported by a team of 40 amazing and diverse staff who are passionate about providing personalised, high-quality support.
Together, our team brings a wealth of experience, knowledge and dedication to helping individuals live fulfilling, independent and meaningful lives.
Our Story
Our company was founded by Sydley Valeran in March 2019 & began as Forster Tuncurry Disability Support Services. The business was restructured into a company in early 2021 with a name change to reflect the type of service provided.
Company Director Sydley Valeran (having a 25-year-long career in disability support, homecare, and as a social educator), could see a need for better quality, more individualised support and for support staff to be appropriately matched to participants.

Quality Individual Support offers person-centred supports tailored to the individual needs of NDIS participants. When we welcome new participants, we don’t just ‘send someone out to work,’ we get to know our participants so they can be suitably matched for a positive result.

We stand out as a provider for our ability to tailor supports outside of existing limitations and set patters. Our focus as an employer and a part of the community is to lead by good example and to inspire and encourage our staff to learn and grow so they are equipped to provide exceptional care.

We strive to meet NDIS Quality and Safeguards commission practice standards which create an important benchmark for us as a provider to assess performance and provide high quality and safe supports and services to NDIS participants.
