Core Supports
Our Support workers will help improve your ability to participate in community, social and recreational activities. We will work with your goals to help you learn and improve skills to be a part of social environments. We can transport you to and from the activity, attend with you, support with any communication barriers, and any necessary personal care support while out and about. These support activities can include,

Building Independence
Capacity Building
Our Support workers will support you to build skills in independence to help pursue your goals. Capacity building is offered in several categories, please review your NDIS plan to see what's available for you. The categories we offer are,​

Daily Activity e.g. support to access and attend activities aimed at building your capacity.

Employment e.g. assisting with resumes and finding adequate training and education.

Health and Wellbeing e.g. participating in active activities and meal planning for healthy eating.

Home Living e.g. support to obtain/retain appropriate accommodation.

Relationships e.g. adhering to positive behavioural support strategies to reduce behaviours of concern.

Social and Community Participation e.g. Individual life skills development and training including developing skills for community, social and recreational participation.
Short Term Accomodation/ Respite
Short Term Accomodation/ Respite is a short time away from your usual home. For up to 14 days at a time we can provide support at a range of accomodation options. Our STA/ Respite is charged as per the NDIS Price Guide with plenty of great inclusions.

Medium Term Accomodation
We offer accomodation and supports for Medium Term stays. These are if you can't move into your long term accomodation because it's not ready or you are awaiting alternative accomodation due to having to leave your current home living situation.
