About the Role:
As a Support Worker, you’ll play a vital role in delivering person-centred support both in-home and within the community. You will assist clients with daily activities, personal care, transport, medication, and support with social and community participation—all in line with their NDIS plans.

What We’re Looking For:
✅ Previous experience in disability support and/or community care
✅ Solid understanding of the National Disability Insurance Scheme (NDIS)
✅ Completed First Aid & CPR certification
✅ Valid Driver’s License and access to a reliable, insured vehicle
✅ Working With Children Check and Police Clearance (or willing to obtain)
✅ Strong communication and interpersonal skills
✅ Ability to work independently and as part of a team
✅ Empathy, reliability, and a proactive attitude
